Job Summary :

Qualification :

  1. minimum SPM, High School Graduate, D3, IT Education or Comparable IT Professional Experience
  2. have certification  ITIL foundation, Understanding of incident, request, change and problem management
  3. language Indonesia – English
  4. have certifications Indonesia – advanced level, English – basic level
  5. level of expertise L1 – L2 support, on – site or remote support experience
